At The Herbal Nook, every product that leaves our hands has been made with care and checked for quality before it ships. We want you to feel confident in what you're bringing into your home.

Because our products are handcrafted herbs, loose-leaf teas, and spice blends, we ask that you inspect your order when it arrives. Give it a once-over: check that packaging is intact, sealed, and undamaged, and that everything looks right before you put it away. If something isn't right, we want to hear from you right away.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Your product has a quality issue (off appearance, unexpected odor, or visible contamination)

Because our products are consumable and made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns for taste preference, change of mind, or on opened products.

To start a return, reach out to us at herbalnookmo@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are really helpful if there's visible damage or a quality concern.

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll work with you to resolve it, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
